Ok so first off where do i go to pay for sub? Im on my free month right now.

Now my other question. So when i first started any quest i did not pick up would show on my map, even if they were in a different area. What i mean by this is say im in central shroud and i pull up map, i would be able to see that i had some quests in other shrouds. Then out of nowhere around level 10ish give or take quests would only show up if im in that area(on the map). Its been like this now for a while. So i cannot check and see if i have quests by looking at the map like i did for the first ten levels. Whats going on. It kinds sucks i have to travel to an area just to see what quests i have. Its really sucking now that im working on lower level classes.

Oh and by the way the reccomodation lost works good but only when im in the area.

As for your second question, quests will only show up on the map when you're in that actual area - maps will not show quests active if you are not actually in that place (like, the North Shroud map will not show any available quests marked on it if you're currently in the Central Shroud). It's annoying, but I guess it's just a result of technical limits.

On the lodestone there should be a page for MogStation, which is where you handle all your account info including payment.

As for quests, the only quests that show up on the map are the ones in your duty list on the right-hand side of the screen. That only holds about 5. They are currently looking into changing the quest log so you can toggle which are shown (Though, that would still have the limit). In the meantime, the quest log is sorted by area, so that may work in the meantime.

That only holds true for quests you already have in your quest log. The OP is asking about where new quests that we don't have yet can be found. None of those will be in the duty list, but any in the current region will show up on the map.

Unfortunately, as mentioned, they don't show up for other regions. I really wish they would. It would make it much easier deciding where to go, rather than the current pattern of wandering around aimlessly, periodically checking "Is there anything to do here?" "Nope." "Ok, travel around a bit and try again in some other randomly selected region."

You can always open your Journal (with J) to check out which quests you've accepted and haven,T completed/turned in. They are sorted by area and you can read up on the next objectives.

As for the map part, you can never see quests not in your current area. What you can see is an icon next to the name of adjacent areas where you have active quest objectives to perform.

As a general rule of thumb, there will usually be some sidequests that accompany your main story quests, but sometimes there are quests that are off the beaten path. These lists will at least give you an idea at which level and which area you can find the side quests. The main story quests should be fairly obvious where they are since they have the meteor icons and send you from one place to another.
