Thats better than paypal! With PayPal you must have no outstanding transactions or subscriptions and all previous transactions must have been completed at least 30 days prior to canceling. If your account is negative, they will not cancel it either.


In any case, the monthly fee was taken on the 3rd, so your cancellation would have been to late anyways. Next time you should maybe cancel ahead of time and not right at the last minute. The only fault i see here is yours.

Again, i don't see anything wrong with C&B at all.
