As for the email I sent to SE email support, no response.

Can people in the US, UK or JP please try calling your local SE support department? I am not in a position to make such an international call easily.
I will definatly try calling because I have already e-mailed SE as you have in regards to billing and I still have no response either, however, if they don't have a toll free customer service number, I am only willing to stay on hold for a certian amount of time, I don't want to eat up all my minutes on my cell.
