It's already been stated that this has been done in an official reply from a com rep on the matter. You've already been told that SE is aware of the complaints and is looking into it. Chocobits trashing Yoshida like that isn't helping your cause.
The lack of an official response from the top brass, or any indication of Square Enix moving away from ClickandBuy isn't helping their cause either.
Face the facts, shorty: Square Enix stands to lose more than we do, if they stick with ClickandBuy. Hence why we're not pulling any punches.
You've been told it's under discussion. That's all they *can* say right now. Refusing to acknowledge that and continuing to scream and cry for a response when you've been given the best you're gonna get for now, is childish. Even worse is attacking the dev team over it ala Chocobits. The lack of an official response from the top brass, or any indication of Square Enix moving away from ClickandBuy isn't helping their cause either.

Kicking and screaming will indeed not help. However keeping this thread going in a civil manner will. Thus awareness of the problems are maintained and the playerbase can be warned of the difficulties by others who have been there. You've been told it's under discussion. If there is to be any change at the top end, they need to have proof we care. This is one such form of proof.
And it's been said several times that "Yeah.. we'll get back to you on that..." isn't an answer. They can give us more. I've given examples of things they can say to improve the situation. It's about courtesy. Or lack of it. You don't seem to be bright enough to understand that the "attacks", which boil down to demanding to know why SE keeps backhanding us, are because of the continued and unapologetic manner in which they keep pistolwhipping us, not because of their lack of response. You've been told it's under discussion. Who's attacking the dev team anyway? I think that for the most part the devs are doing a terrific job. Claiming system aside, this game is pulling a 180 from the original crapfactory SE released a year ago.
So you get -1 for reading comp mysterytaru. And even if the devs, or anyone else was under attack, with the situation being as tense as it is in the FFXI camp, that would be a little justified. I feel like we're watching 2 trains hurl toward one another on the same track. They know they are, but they refuse to stop. We want to stop watching.. but we can't.
It's like that. SE is driving their company into the ground, and we stand to lose 2 of their great current products and anything they might've made in the future if they don't switch tracks very soon.

How is this not viewable as an attack on Yoshida over this mess? You're essentially saying he's responsible for the billing system. My reading comprehension is just fine. You're the one who said it. If that question can be interpreted any other way, I'm not seeing.
I asked if he's concerned at all with player trust.. as evidenced by a lack of convincing statement about the current payment situation. How am I laying responsibility of it on him? He's the producer of the game, so of course he's not directly responsible for the billing situation.. He IS responsible for communicating with the playerbase about the development of the game and addressing their concerns - even if those concerns aren't development related. Because he's the figure that chose to make himself available on the forums.. I might reverse my statement about your reading comprehension: You read into things too much just fine.
Back on topic: Coming up on the 1 week marker for the doom of FFXI. Those FFXI players that won't/can't play anymore after the start of September: where will you log out at?
