I don't think he was trolling hard enough to really justify a deletion. The reality is that ClickandBuy's conduct HAS been on the same level that could be described as criminal. They are as bad as the Chinese companies that do not offer customer service; like a particular LCD monitor manufacturer I'd bought from, but found a lot of dead pixels on. I had to threaten NewEgg with a lawsuit to get it replaced, because the manufacturer was completely uncontactable.

ClickandBuy's behavior is no different from this scenario. What really irks me is that the financial ombudsman in the UK has no real viable way to be contacted by e-mail to file appropriate complaints with. So I am starting to think it's a huge illegal scheme of some sort that has not been given proper oversight by the UK authorities.

It is against the law in just about any country to not give proper customer support to those who use your services, especially when it involves money.
