Yeah I got that part all down but I meant with the forums and such. I just meant a responce on the forums and as you previous posted the whole we are doing it now is the best responce we can get but for me I'm not to the point you are with anger (and I'm not trying to discredit with how you feel it's understandable) I myself am in Categories B & C of my last post so it's like silence for us XIV players. Aka I'm even in the mood for the platitudes I give to my own customers at my own customer service job.

You can speculate about the integrity and sanity of the company all you like, but when you start gathering a posse of people willing to quit the game with you to prove a point, or speculate how much money they will lose, you're pretty much guaranteed to have your thread closed.

Also, I appreciate whomever decided to clean up the tag cloud, but I had preferred to leave it as it was so that people can discuss the situation while keeping in mind that lulz aren't forbidden. A little light-heartedness goes a long way to keeping a controversial thread like this open (others have been shut down). And especially the "cnb killed my father" tag - I created that one. Because Click and Buy KILLED my father. And raped my mother.
I'm not threatening.. I'm pretty much keeping it real. I mean they can close threads all they want but the fact still remains. People are fed up with this payment system. If they have half a brain they would know many will be leaving this game. We are not here to hold their hand nor should we have to tolerate what they are doing. You have these forums so players can speak up. Trying to suppress customers is what got them where they were in the first place.

I've started talking with some Japanese players about the problem. Even though it doesn't involve them, they have expressed disgust at the fact that Square Enix is purposely stonewalling us on this issue. They do not appreciate the fact that Square has chosen a company known for scamming/fraud/irresponsible practices to process the payments of foreign players.

They also agree that Square Enix is STILL acting with their heads up their collective arse, as if the internet age had never come. You know, "make the game, publish it, move on" mentality that prevails in most game developers involving singleplayer RPGs.

Square appeared to have learned their lesson after the launch debacle, but it seems that they have relapsed into their old ways on hot-button issues.

luckly we get to see the FFXI players deal with this BS first. Wonder how many people they can piss off?

not sure why its so hard to just let me put in my CC and they take it directly....its like they are making it hard for me to give them my money....

Don't worry, a lot of the world dislikes the western nations as well.

"tradition-bound" ways are starting to become very idiotic"
No offense, but I really hope you're not American and saying our culture is idiotic. You're frustrated yeah, but how is a nation's culture "idiotic" compared to any other nation? Know what I seen the first day Japanese beta of Tera goes live? NA players cussing out and provoking Japanese players.

You answered yourself -- Why would they tell us about a payment system when we aren't paying? It's like expecting an answer to why your medium rare steak is well done before you even got it.

Besides, it's universally accepted the entire payment move is a bad idea -- on the FFXI side, people agree while POL had issues, it was straight forward however moving toward the whole SE account thing, I'm pretty sure direct CC payments they have to go through a lot more hoops for the NA/EU player bases than they do for the Japanese bases.

Many people like to cite international laws and "Europes Digital Act etc etc" whenever NA or Japan does something that affect Europeans in a bad way gaming wise, why is that being forgotten now?

Oh by the way, my signature is being censored. I started a QQ troll thread about it but then let it go. I'm still looking into a new sig picture that accurately conveys my message without setting off red flags with SE. Apparently depicting Click and Buy as actual criminals that are intent on robbing you (which they are) results in a censorship.

If you don't think new summoner is better, you're playing the wrong game.

If this is said "censored signature" you are clearly trolling in general, which is likely why it was deleted in the first place. All you're doing is slandering SE in your sig..no company, western or eastern, would rightfully allow that if they have active moderation team and you know it.

Even more hilarious is that the thread has disappeared. Not even a little red 'deleted' icon and placeholder in the listing. LOL

I don't think he was trolling hard enough to really justify a deletion. The reality is that ClickandBuy's conduct HAS been on the same level that could be described as criminal. They are as bad as the Chinese companies that do not offer customer service; like a particular LCD monitor manufacturer I'd bought from, but found a lot of dead pixels on. I had to threaten NewEgg with a lawsuit to get it replaced, because the manufacturer was completely uncontactable.

ClickandBuy's behavior is no different from this scenario. What really irks me is that the financial ombudsman in the UK has no real viable way to be contacted by e-mail to file appropriate complaints with. So I am starting to think it's a huge illegal scheme of some sort that has not been given proper oversight by the UK authorities.

It is against the law in just about any country to not give proper customer support to those who use your services, especially when it involves money.
