Probably business associates from Eidos, or the Yakuza. The Yaks have a lot of involvement in legitimate business operations like Square-Enix, so I wouldn't be surprised if they were intentionally making their customers easy targets for a hacking operation run by the Yakuza.
To be honest, as it is now, ClickandBuy is a VERY toxic asset, and are not worth the potential collateral damage to Square's customer base. I think we need to find who are current shareholders in Square Enix and ask them to pressure the company to get rid of CnB.
