It's been how long and still no response. Unbelievable! I would love to see a lawsuit or a boycott. I think it would be hilarious because apparently they can't understand these issues. What's so hard about a multi-million dollar company having a payment system directly through them. I don't understand. Blizzard has one for wow. Others have one for other mmo's. We demand a response because come pay to play time, I promise that at least a couple thousand will leave that are currently playing. When the ps3 release comes out and they see that they have to go through this garbage as well. Hey, guess what? They are going to leave as well. Last time I checked you (SE) can't afford to do this. Please don't take your customers for fools because that will be your downfall just like the first release of this game. Remember without us customers you're nothing.

Also whoever is in charge or makes the calls for your payment system, do us all a favor and fire them. Get someone who isn't a total idiot. I also see that many are leaving Final Fantasy XI due to this issue as well from what friends are saying. Hopefully I suggest you be proactive in getting some other payment system in order asap!

P.S. Remember we as customers are doing you (SE) a favor by staying, not the other way around. Get your priorities in order.
