Sound glitch during Goldsmithing

Steps:
I was crafting Electrum Ingots using an HQ Militia Grinding Wheel. The grinding sound occasionally does not occur. I've noticed it with the Hasty Touch action, specifically. It'll activate on most steps, but sometimes it's just silent. Other in-game sounds continue to function normally.

Also, while crafting Electrum Chokers with an Urcaguary, the tapping sound while using the Advanced Touch action also partially cuts out (it'll cut off mid-taps, or cut in late during the animation and only play a sound or two).
