PS4 mouse and keyboard

With the announcement of mouse and keyboard support on the PS4 version of the game, i have decided to transfer from PC to PS4 (this time grabbing the Collector's Edition that i missed last time).

In the meantime, i have decided to discover the nuances of mouse and keyboard usage on my PS4 whilst i wait for Feb 22.

Now, i have had trouble connecting my PC's mouse and keyboard to the PS4's 2 USB ports. When i have them both plugged in, neither work. With one plugged in, it works, but for some reason not both at the same time.

So with that problem in mind (for what reason i am not sure) i have decided to go with a dual Bluetooth setup of mouse and keyboard.

Can anyone suggest a good pair to use with the PS4? I need to find a Bluetooth mouse and Bluetooth keyboard with the highest compatibility so as to not have problems using it on something it was never intended to use it on.

can you use you PC characters when you switch, or do you mean, you want start from scratch on PS4?
I'm asking because I bought PS4 yesterday, and would like to play FF on that (my PC is quite old), but I would like to use my Grimma

The latest info on PS4 is at the Lodestone.The beta is in 2 phases.The first phase will have you create a new character (which will be wiped at the end of phase 1). Phase 2, you can use any of your already created characters.

yeah but they doesn't specify you can use your PC characters, there's only info of transfering from PS3 to PS4

FYI, you can upgrade to digital collector's edition on Mog Station. I realize that doesn't help if you want physical items, but there it is.

Woah this thread went way off course real fast. This thread was about requesting recommendations for bluetooth mouse and keyboard suggestions to play this game on my PS4...

So far what I've read it should auto recognize them both. Idk why they arent working together.

Sounds like the PS4 suffers from the same power problem as the PS3. Try plugging in two USB devices in the slim PS3. WIth the eyetoy and a keyboard plugged in the eyetoy bugs out due to what seems like a lack of proper power. Will start working fine if you pull out the keyboard. Really strange.
