We've come a long way from Day 1, I would like to express my sincerest thanks for hard working men and women of the FFXIV Development team and mostly of all Naoki Yoshida.

Edit:

Square-Enix is the only game publisher I've heard of that hasn't dropped a failed Online release, let alone, making it Free to Play before the initial free-play month was over. A bold move that i admire.

As every one has witnessed with failed online titles, they never make a come back. Surely the people behind FFXIV know this, and yet they are still trying their best to bring us the game we were expecting from day 1.

Development is slow because key positions of the dev team are now held by members of the FFXI dev team. handful of Dev's working between two games because many, if not most of us demanded a game that was much like FFXI. Who better to appoint than the makers of FFXI? A sacrifice that needs to be made because we demanded it.

I'm asking the community to hold back harsh words and insults to development, until the game is ready for it's second judgement. We wouldn't have come so far if the people behind this game were deaf to the concerns of the community.

I love you all as a community, but some of you are outrageous.
