Yeah, having the healers gather up in the middle helps if you're grabbing the bugs. If you aren't doing the 2x Dread strat then you can afford to let the new Dread immediately eat the bugs (MT will have access to the cooldowns he'd be using to tank 2x Dread, so it's not really an issue). Before my original Static realized that getting the healers to gather up was optimal, we had one DPS grab a bug while I grabbed the K/S, then Provoke'd + Tomahawk'd the bug while the other one got fed to the new Dread. While it's not optimal, it worked for us at the time and if your healers are braindead you can always convince a DPS to do that for you. :P
