Lost items because of Fantasia!

Hi! Thanks for everything! First thing I'd like to say is that english is not my first language so my grammar might not be excellent. I started playing some time ago (1 month and some days) and started as a male Lalafell, I lvled and did all the valentine event and lightning event and got all the male gear because of that. When I payed for my first month I got this amazing item: Fantasia. I really regreted creating a Lalafell so I decided to change to a Female Hyur and just after I do that I realize that all my Event Gear was lost.. I still have then but I can't wear it. Is there anything I could do to get the female version of all that gear? I really believe that in the Fantasia script would be something like that to change all of one gender gear to another but well just an idea. Can someone answer me?

I'm pretty sure you can by talking to the NPC called "Calamity Salvager"... But I could be very wrong. I know they were intended for people from 1.0, but I'm pretty sure you can try. If this doesn't work, try sending a ticket via Support Desk in-game, should be in your menu. hope I helped!
