Crystal Tower Unfair Use of boot system for duty finder people!!

So I run CT a lot using the duty finder. Groups are going in party's of 5-7 If they don't like the level of your gear or they want one of their own to get a certain type of gear they boot to get someone else within 2 minutes of entering (they have the majority.)
It happened to me 3 times in 2 days. Once I was a replacement in a currently running group (which means they booted the guy prior) They must be talking to each other in vent. You dont even see any party post saying to boot you. You are just out of CT and have to wait another 20 min to get back in.
This is an UNFAIR advantage being used to disrupt other peoples play experience.
I say removing someone not be allowed within the first 5-10 minutes of entering or if you go in with a party of more than 4, you lose that ability. (I get the usefulness of this feature when someone is disruptive to game play) However many of us are being taken advantage of due to others greed, lack of tolerance, ignorance, or impatience.

    cont...

I feel like black list should be able to be used across worlds and/or some type of report system. The only way I could report to a GM what was happening was to take the names out of my chat from the nasty mean and down right insulting things that I have been called form these groups. If I didnt know what I was doing or was new to CT I would probably quit the game at this point.

Just look through party finder.."experienced only" is everywhere along with insults in their recruiting titles and people in this game are just down right mean to each other.
    Anyway, thats my two cents.[/B]

Sadly, you can't fix douche battery. I don't think groups of any size that queue for an instance should be able to kick someone, just like they aren't able to give commendations.

Douches will be douches, that's why they are douches.
Sadly CT seems to bring the worst out in the playerbase.

The abuse of the kick system is a known issue and the dev team have stated that they are looking into what they may possibly be able to do to try to alleviate the abuse, however it is a complicated issue that is not an easy one to fix from a system design standpoint.

Some things that people can do to help mitigate the CT hate.

    - If you are new, SAY SO, it will show even if you try to hide it. Sure some people will be douches about it but many others will be helpful and understanding.

    - Don't try to go straight into CT after hitting 50 and being in just AF gear without a relic or primal weapon. Run some high lvl dungeons and primal hm's, get some darklight gear and at least the ifrit weapon. This is especially true if you are a tank.

    - Rein it in. You may be used to be going all gung-ho in previous dungeons but CT requires some coordination with the group as a whole, so communicate (politely) and if you are unsure about anything, just ask.

    - Leave your ego in Mor Dhona. If your ego flares up it will cause others to react in kind leading to a giant ego pissing match ragefest which will just end with people being kicked or leaving and ultimately a failed run. Really this applies to everything, not just CT.

The worst is dps queue and you get AV groups that just want to farm the first room that used the DF to fill the group.

Aurum Hell? Please, if I'm going in there I'm going for the full completion, just because I hate that dungeon enough to where I am NOT going to queue multiple times for it.

Report them. They will be investigated by Square Enix team. They can't allow this to become a habit.
