Then there would be no point in upgrading to the PS4 version. And i don't think the PS3 can handle it. Since the PS3 has never been compared to a PC when it comes to graphics like the PS4 has been by lot of PC Devs.
But that video is on Youtube so hopefully it will look better than that on the PS4 be interesting when i try out the better.

If you really dig the weather effects, you'll be interested in what's coming in patch 2.16!

In the recent Letter from the Producer LIVE, you may have seen mention that in 2.16 we'll be making a few visual tweaks to how your character reacts to the weather - namely that your character will now appear visibly wet in a rainy area. Well, in patch 2.16 we'll also be making it so when your character is in cold areas, you will be able to see your character's breath when they exhale.
