Change the tin drum sound of when you select an action from the action bar

oh God.. tell me it isn't true. How could you not notice this most offensive of sounds? It stands out like a hooker in a Mario game in all of the pre-release videos of the battle system. Come on back down here once you attack something in the game for one fight.

Maybe I just forgot about it. I've been playing with the sound effects right down since like last year.
