Change the tin drum sound of when you select an action from the action bar

I must really not be hearing what's bothering everyone about it.
Now if it where the sound of a screaming spoiled child, that would bug me.

How could you use the adjective "soft" to describe it? It's like fingernails on a chalkboard compared to a soft sound. And chime isn't quite right either. I could get by with a chime. A chime isn't like a sharp object on a tin drum.

Yeah, it's really more of a ping. But it still sounds soft to me.
