Lightning strikes again but you can't do the quests again!!

Hi, I hope the dev team is seeing this.
Last time when Lightning event was staged in November, I was only able to finish the first three stages because I did not have enough level for the fourth. Then the incomplete set of Lightning gear just made me sad. So I trashed them.
Now the Lightning event comes back again. Yet, I cannot re-do the first three stages because the rule says I can't!
I do want the complete set of Lightning gear! Please let me re-do the quests or give me some ways to retrieve the gears! Please...

Have you asked square if they could send you the items that you discarded? I know it's a longshot since I have never received any of my achievement items...

Well that sounds aweful. Myself i was not able to complete the last Chapter however that character is on a different server so i am not sure.
I would send a report to SE in the in game menu.

Most of the achievement items can be received from the old man at apkallu falls in old gridania if I remember right.

Also, they're redoing the event in tiers like the last time, so if you finish on event 2 (out of 4) and you're wondering why more events aren't available yet, you need to wait until event 3 unlocks again on the 8th. I had this problem.
