Bug: Good Things Come to Those Who Bait

Been doing Achievements to get 2 stars and working on Fisherman class. Checking often the list of achievements for gathering > fisherman > La Noscea III or Shroud II or Thanalan III, I noticed it doesn't count properly the fishes I caught. For example I've been fishing lot of "Ala Mighan Fighting Fish" which is lvl 16 fish and the achievement for Shroud II and the counter isn't raising. Also now counts 43/100 but when I begun writing this message it was on 0/100. For La Noscea III, I caught about 4-5 fishes level 21-30 and it stuck on 0/300. But, and that's strange since my fisherman is level 22 while I type this, says I fished 6 fishes for level 31-40 and that's impossible since I haven't even visited spots for such level of fish! Also I changed few times location to try get different fishes lvl 21-30 for the Shroud area and the counter isn't working still. Same for La Noscea III. It's frustrating spend hours and suddenly notice it isn't working.

Now Fishes in North Shroud (21,27) counting towards the achievement "Good Things Come to Those Who Bait: Black Shroud II.

I think that the mistake is in the Achievement description.
For example
Good Things Come to Those Who Bait: Black Shroud II: Fish 100 times from level 11-20 waters in the Black Shroud.

talk of water not of fish, if you fishing "Ala Mighan Fighting Fish" and you are in Everschade (Central Shroud) level 30 fishing area. I check tonight
