These and other examples are proof positive this is NOT a problem SE can deal with because it's ISPs who are at fault.

If a VPN solves it it CAN'T BE DOWN TO SE.

Except it's funny that for a LOT of ppl all the problems started happening after this date >> http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...-%28Jan.-16%29 It might be SE, it might not be, but the game was totally fine for me since release before they added the data selection thingie.
