    You will never see an In Progress Only option. Because all it would take is too many tanks or healers using only In Progress Only and it would become near impossible to form a new party to begin with. It's the same logic they gave for why they're not adding Server Only DF option. If too many tanks or healers used it, the system would cease to function if you were on a server with no tanks or healers using DF.

    So you will never see this.

    Alright, then I will settle for the Withdrawl Penalty, but one or both are NEEDED to curtail this asinine Behavior.
