Vote Dismissal Issue

Hi guys, I wasn't 100% sure if there's already an existing thread related to this, if so I apologise in advance.

But I had an issue in Duty today where vote dismissal was initiated, because of the way the window opens you're able to select an option straight away and the risk of wrongfully removing someone from duty arises.

I'm playing on game pad just to be clear, but because of the way I usually press buttons all the time it's very easy for me to accidentally press yes and potentially kick someone from party.
I understand I could just as easily not press anything, but it might not be the same for other users.

All I ask is, can we have a similar system to how loot/commendations work, so that we need to open the tab manually before we make a decision.
