Where can we view Legacy Cutscenes?

I have been looking at the book in my inn room and wondering why I cannot find the legacy cutscenes. I thought for sure they said legacy folks would get to see their old cutscenes just maybe slightly altered graphics wise cause of 2.0. Can someone help me out with figuring out where they are or explain to me if they are even there at all? Also if not does anyone else remember the notes before 1.0 was taken down that said we could? Any real help would be most appreciated. Thank you.

I will look there one more time. Cannot find them at all but if someone would post a screen shot or directions on what tab they are located in that would be most helpful as well. I see a bunch of cutscenes listed but none of them seem to be legacy ones.

You can't in game. During 1.23 they specifically told everyone to record the cut scenes they wanted to view again in the future as they would be removed for ARR due to the new story line. Yeah, 1.0 cutscenes are not available for viewing in ARR - so if you didn't save them before the shutdown you're out of luck I'm afraid.

There is still a chance that it could be implemented down the line. The game does have a record of which quests you did in 1.0 so if they get around to remaking the cutscenes it would just be a matter of unlocking it for anyone that completed the quest in 1.0
