    Correct, that's why I put an amended title from above: Only after posting this I realized this should have been titled Undercutting reduction due to laziness/ignorance...
    Good thought on the NPC items too. A warning that NPC's will buy this at a higher rate may be a good notice for the player to receive when they totally tank an items price.
