This is how i personally feel about it, I myself am hard of hearing and prefer to type than use voice chat, although i do use hearing aids its not as bad where voice chat is not an option, i just prefer not to, only time i use voice chat is with my fellow FC mates and friends which isn't bad for me...i just have to manually turn up each individuals sound a bit in ventrilo.
