You know that sounds like a great idea, have like symbol/icon for players showing they are disabled in some way...

Yeah...that's the only downside that came to mind and mentioned it in my post, which is sad to see...but that's how people are on the internet..especially in an MMO, there are very few people who are really nice and don't mind bringing these players into their groups but yeah they are rare and far between.
