    Lost veteran reward, please help.

    I received a potion that allows you to change your appearance in the character creation window during log in. It was a 30 day veteran reward I received in an in-game mail and somehow it got sold or deleted on accident. Is there anyway to have this restored by a GM?

    If you submit an in-game request a GM can restore the item for you - they'll only do it once per account, but for the Fantasia potion it's well worth it.

    I cannot seem to find the option in game for submitting requests. Where exactly should I look?
