Shepard could be useful for WVR and LTW. Most D. Hand classes get their goods from some sort of D. Land class, except really LTW. Our stuff comes from people farming open world mobs…. which nobody does because FATEs and Dungeons are a much better option. So we could use a hand with obtaining some of those mob drops.

A hunter class would be perfect support for LTW.

    I like Random-Number-Generator
'cause I'm able to accept that
a dice normally has six sides
    a pyramid has 5 sides
    a toast has 2 sides
AND I CAN'T PREDICT WHICH SIDES IT FALLS TO.

would be interesting to know how you make it work (assuming we already get meat/skin/stuff on mobs)

How about NQ only drops from mobs and these DoL 'gatherers' had a one-shot chance to convert each drop into an HQ.

eg, once they'd used their class ability/ies on an NQ drop, a flag in the individual item's data in the database would be switched form 0 to 1 to denote that it couldn't be 'refined' again, if they failed to HQ it. ofc you wouldn't be able to stack refined and unrefined NQ mats together, but it's not a huge amount of coding to implement.

Yeah, that's why I said if possible. I've barely touched crafting so I don't have all the best answers, but perhaps make they could reduce skin and meat drops from mobs. Or even make it so skins and meats that are gathered by hunters(that don't drop from typical mobs) produce higher quality/uncommon items.
