Steps:
1. I reached my story line to where the Scions of the Seventh Dawn first moved into Mor Dhona from the Waking Sands onto Rising Stones I played through Ifrit Hard and beated him I got the White-Hot Ember that is needed for my relic but after beating Ifrit Hard I got back out and on my quest log it says Obtain a Howling Gale in the Howling Eye (Hard) as a White Mage and pointed that I need to go to Coerthas Central Highlands but I doesn't have the orange marker on my map so I went onto the Ixal's camp (Natalan) and onto the crystal but I can't attune it and now I'm stuck.

2. I thought it was a bug with Ifrit Hard but I went in again to fight Ifrit Hard beated him again but then it's still the same error

you have to go back to walking sands and flag ifrit as done
then start garuda at same npc in walking sands so u can attune
then back to walking sands when u beat garuda hm, finish garuda so u can start titan
then after titan to complete since your doing hm and relic at the same time
