You could just have turned your camera around to see everything. It doesn't have to be behind you; it can rotate 360 degrees for a reason.
From the reply of the OP, not only does the OP not know how to do T2 the proper way, the OP also have a lack on understanding on the mechanics of T2.
The nodes are there to get rid of ADS abilities while giving it some buff in return (damage resistance etc), nothing to do it rot passing/enraged method. It is more of a choice of what abilities you want ADS to not use and which resistances would hinder you the least.
As for getting hit by the frontal conal cleaves...
I think just 1 run should have gave you the hint that something was wrong and if you don't know why, ASK. Especially that tank swapping is the proper way that you are suppose to do T2.
I don't understand the whole 1st person and 3rd person view thing. Is it even possible to play in 1st person? I sure can't imagine dodging anything in first person. Anyways, when all fails, ZOOM OUT YOUR CAMERA! is what they say.
It is doubtful that FCs out there would waste their time making party finder groups so they can just fail over and over again. They made it so they can WIN, but sure if the group failed they may put the blame on you. But if it is not your fault, they are going to fail anyways after they replaced you. However, what I see in this thread is that the OP was a burden to the group and was dropped once someone else in their FC logged on.
My static always does T2 the normal way (No enrage) and we have to pug, we always warn them we'll doing like that. Why? because only few players know how to do it, they were spoiled with the enrage strat. If they don't know how to do it, we invite him/her to our TS channel and we tell him/her how to do it. I can see the two mistakes here: 1) People tend to do T2 in different ways, they should tell you BEFORE what they were doing and if they didn't, 2) You had to ask. Also, did they kicked you from the party or you left it by your own? Remember: A bad use of the vote kick may result as a temporal ban of their in-game accounts.
lol, im the opposite, normally if i join a pf which consist 7/8 or 6/8 of people from the same fc, i will ask them if they're experienced or have studied the fights. If they tell me that they're all good, i would be very glad ( hooray, no need to tutor ), if they're not, well, gotta teach them.
Long story short, make sure every1 shares the same strategy at the beginning of the fight, if not, leave.
however, if they said they're all good but ended up like freshmen, teach them and organize them (if they're willing to learn), but if they start blaming you and you did nothing wrong, just leave, no penalty for premade party :/
PS.I still remember that i led a group of japaneses to clear titan x with auto translate, google translate, and some broken japanese xD
