    unable to use character

    So i've got round to playing again after moving house and getting internet again and i go through the payment process and its confirmed. updated and finally log in, and the game asks me to create a new character on a specified EU server/world with no recognition of my existing character(which i can see on the lodestone-so it really does exist). I cant transfer because im part of a free company and idont know what else to do, what have i missed - baring in mind i havent played since the begining of november 2013

    Did u select the right server, data center?

    so simple, didnt select the right data centre, but have logged in now,
