    In-game, it's under System -> Support Desk -> Contact Us, then choose the appropriate tab (Report Cheating).
    There's also Square Enix support out of game.

    ive reported 1 bot 10 times along with 3 people doing the same when he was mining at lvl 15 aka teleporting and such i just saw him today his mining level now 50.... i've seen about 6-10 more bots i constantly report yet nothing happens so sad..

    Did you ever consider that maybe it's not a bot, you just think it is?

    Btw, just look at market.

    When SE bans accounts RMT, the price of shards is increased and the stock is not replenishment.

    At least, i trust on SE, they are doing a great job against bots or RMT activities

    Yes, might well not be a bot, but an actual player running illegal cheat programs, as so many do. Doesn't make it any better or any less ban-worthy.
