Error [2002] the lobby server connection has encountered an error

This did not work for my friend say his router won't fragment or something

The packets are sent with a "dont fragment" flag set, which is ideal for minimum latency, but for that to work, the packets have to be sized correctly. The mtu setting on your system tells any connection it establishes what the max size should be. If you try to set your mtu higher than your router is set, you'll get that error.

The only data center that seems to not give me an automatic 2002 error is the Mana data center. :/

Same issue here, PS4 Beta. No data center can be selected as the option is greyed out. I get the error when attempting to start.

And once again, just 2 minutes after I managed to get back ingame I got kicked out by another 90k error. Please SE fix that, instantly. It´s not funny anymore.

The particular problem that the mtu workaround addressed, was a faulty router than has since been resolved. If you're still getting a 2002 error, its likely due to another issue. Some other information can help, like which datacenters give you the error, and which do not.

Same, I get 2002, and another error saying 'cannot connect to server'. So, cannot connect to lobby nor the server.

I'm not sure of the Data center name but, I am from Sargatanas.
