Oh hey, apparently the Exodus forums are A Thing™.

The Principality of Zeon has cleared T1-8 and all Extreme Primals. We don't typically take clear photos outside of "last boss" pics like T5 and T9, but here's a picture of our raid group working on T9 to prove our Coil progression. It's the closest thing to proof as I've got right now, I'll have to remember to take a screenshot this week when we go back.
