    About the posts on GF, if you do those changes, I'd monitor them just in case. I saw some CPU temp jumps when I go without those (I actually throttle down my CPU to about 85% sometimes to lower the sound produced).

    What worked for me was waiting a while, then trying to log back in. Like you, this problem hits me more often after 2.1, at any location, any time/etc... I still have no idea what's causing it aside from perhaps someone is wearing 'something' that causes some players like me to get this problem. When they log off or change zones... I go back to normal? Yeah, it's grasping at mithra tails time...
