New players should not have to use party finder. The game is there for everyone to enjoy, not to force a newbie into a speed run. Heck, most newbies may not even know they can use the party finder, since the quest says to use the DF. Maybe a gear cap is what is needed, if you are wearing Allegan, you can't go in. But of course thats a d@^k move, I am exagerating.
