ok i have done everything on the support site ive updated my graphics card and set my start up programs to not run. i have also tried putting all my settings low. turned off all background programs looked at every fan site i could to figure this out and nothing has worked can some1 help me.

Graphic Device(s) Intel(R) G45/G43 Express Chipset sounds like an onboard video. Are you on a laptop? That is probably why it doesn't run. You need a gfx card to get it to run usually.

try downloading and running the benchmark?
Also if you changed any settings in the FFXIV CONFIG i would try reset use default to see if that works.
Also try running as admin?? not sure on this one, just suggestion.

You need a graphics card in the pci-e expansion slot to run the game. Or AGP if its an older PC. Without a graphics card the onboard video will not be enough to run FFXIV or any new games. Check to see what kind of expansion slots your PC has and try to find a video card that is the same type.
