I'll take a monk over a third ranged on Ultima HM any day. Past two times me(DRG) and a monk were paired we didn't even have a second Ifrit charge with plumes phase the DPS was so good. By the way, I can actually admit that monk has the highest average DPS over dragoons but they are more position based.
