You call it forethought, but it's following a timer in your brain, stopping everything and waiting to IB the second you see a Death Sentence cast bar.

What's your point? Because my point is that Inner Beast, in its current form, requires you to think ahead and prepare a GCD for it--as opposed to the proposed off-GCD Inner Beast.

Do you disagree? I don't know; it just sounds like you're trying to argue semantics, for whatever reason.
