Though I don't like where Inner Beast has gone... it is pretty good in the current game flow.. most of the harder fights have predictable attacks that you can use IB right before.

I wish the current flow of fights would be alittle more unpredictability in them... thats where the really fun in tanking is.. which then would probably require IB to be used differently but as it is right now its fine
