Need help picking new server.

Have been playing the game for about 2 months and after being 50 for a while feel like the server I'm on is lacking as far as endgame groups go. If anyone can recommend some servers with large endgame focused populations it would be appreciated.

What time zone are you usually online? I know my server, Leviathan, has a pretty active endgame crowd (assuming you are playing EST between 7pm and 12pm). Give some more details if you can and someone will be able to give you a better suggestion.

You can also look for yourself before committing and spending ~$20 to transfer. Simply make a character on a potential server and run them to wineport. It should be relatively easy if you start from Limsa. Check the partyfinder along the way and the crowd in Wineport to get a rough estimate what the population is like at your desired time. And of course, try to do this early in the week or early weekends when people are most active.

I'm on Zalera and looking around for new server too. Been on Behemoth this week and it seems much more lively so far. More populated and with nicer people. I was doing a FATE near Bentbranch last night, the one with the elemental, with just 2 of us. It was slow going and I thought we might not get it done in time. Suddenly some random higher levels came in and helped us finish. Random acts of kindness like that say a lot to me about a server.
