Monk Looking For raiding spot

Hello guys im 27 years old ive always raided in other mmos in Semi/Harcore guild im really respectful and helpful .Not many of my MMos friend followed on FFXIV so im currently playing much solo. I have a monk currently 76Ilvl relic +1 and working on my gear atm while looking for a spot.I parse around 250 dps on turn 1 and 2 of coil so just to give you an average of my numbers so plz feel free to contact me in-game my name is Brucelee Skynator or pm me on forum thx.
