Olympic games event- why not?

@Im a troll@, Russia haters or Olympic games haters.. I dont care. Im from Russia- so what (here we will see a joke about my not good english)? This is not a political thread- this thread is just an IDEA. I played in a small anime mmorpg and there was an event during 2012 Olympic games, special sport costumes in the in-game store. It was nice. Is it so popular to try to find different points of the words? There is ONE point- idea of an in-game event, idea for the developers to make different, unusual events. Just read the words- dont try to see something between the word lines

You also can't hope to create a thread about this with the current climate in Russia and not expect someone to bring up the reason why the olympics are being overshadowed by political issues this year

Not for players to discuss? No, this thread is just an attempt to get people heated over nothing. We have discussed how awesome it would be, but what lengths SE would have to go through to get this labeled as an Olympic event. Wow you are dense. You bring shame to us Lala.

You're wasting your time feeding a troll I'm afraid. In his mind there is no other alternative in regard to his "issues", he's just baiting you at this point. As for myself, I enjoyed watching the opening ceremonies, and hope they go well. For the record, I'm well aware of the controversies surrounding Sochi, and I'm not saying that the issues have no merit, but it seems petty to use an event that champions the spirit of fair competition as political leverage.
