What earring do BLM still use?

it depend on which BiS you going for. Titan Earring is BiS for Crit center build.
I believe for other set (DeT, Spell Speed), allagan is consider BiS (not 100%)

It largely relies on what you're doing and what other gear you have. I rely on food to accuracy cap and I need the Titan Earring to do this, until I get T4 pants. I use the Titan Earring for Coil and use the Allagan Earring for everything else since accuracy doesn't matter outside of Coil.
