If you haven't already done so level gladiator to cross provoke.Trust me you'll need it.
Depends.
Usually on my SCH I prefer healing WAR, however on situations e.g double dreads I prefer PLD.
I have a slight preference for WAR just because I understand it better (from playing one myself). Mostly I know what the CD icons look like and what they mean for my heals better than I do for a PLD.
But really, that's not that much of an advantage. I'm doing the same things at the same time for a competent PLD or WAR, for a good PLD or WAR, for a bad PLD or WAR. Their individual mechanics don't change anything about what I do, only their skill and gear levels.
Depends on my mood
If I'm serious and got an action plan, then WAR...especially a WAR I know in my FC. He is amazing....healing him is delightful. Guess it has as much to do with knowing each others gameplay, as the class
If I'm just moochin, doing easy runs and got the cat on my lap and a cup of tea, then PAL...because they are so shiny and pretty to look at
Seriously tho - makes no odds if they are playing their roles right and to the best of their ability. If they are shitty, still makes no odds - bad as each other.
I think I prefer healing warriors, but only because I like seeing big numbers and when I crit an adlo/cure II on a war it makes me feel like a badass. I don't find one easier or harder to heal than the other, assuming they're both comparably geared.
doesn't matter, well, higher Hp will have a better stoneskin and a crit adlo, well, sometines im standing just watching that none of the tanks is getting damage, so, doesn't matter
A tank that actually knows what he is doing :>
I think it depends. As a white mage, I prefer a warrior experienced with the content in the end. If 8-man content, prefer one paladin and one warrior with tank swapping on bosses.
If the content is unfamiliar to the Warrior, it is more difficult to heal him/her as the Inner Beast timing may not be there yet. In this case, it is easier to explore new content with a Paladin (to me).
