I really hate VIII. Seriously. You know that Twilight meme that has something horrible and the "...still a better love story then Twilight?" Yeah...I have to take a few minutes to think about it with VIII.

But considering I actually got through VIII and I couldn't even get 5 hours into XIII, and it has a whole huge event, I'll tolerate the uniforms. We don't need Squall running around Eorzea though. I'd have to beat the living snot out of the little emo puke, and I might not be able to stop.

I'd love this as well. I always found the Infantry set to be somewhat reminiscent of the Seed uniforms.

Of course not, I was speaking in a general way. But my point is, a little fanservice is perfectly fine, but cramming the game with nothing but in jokes and cameos from past FF games just drags the whole setting and story down into utter farce, like turning the game into a bad fanfic. I know Yoshi is a big fan of the earlier FF titles (as in, pre FFVII era), but really, you know what they say about "less is more."
