    Blist and <se> in instances

When it comes to harassment we are always told to add players to our blist. Which is fine and it works well for the most part, except in instances such as Crystal Tower. My suggestion is that we are given the option to blist players in instances such as CT since much of the trolling done via /sh cannot be countered as it stands right now. We have had many runs where 1 player will not shut up for anything, their pt refuses to drop them and it would be lovely to be able to blist them so we don't have to see their annoying msgs in our logs.

Also we need an option to disable <se.*> in /sh or just disable them period. There is nothing worse in a CT run when someone has sound effects in their macros and spams them for every add or when you need to hide behind comets and such. We just now had a run where every add someone would spam a sound effect macro a good 15-20 times and there is nothing you can do but mute your game. Personally I like the sound track Soken has worked so hard on and its a shame that I cannot listen to it due to some troll who has to spam his sound effects. Same with the ppl who put 10+ sound effects in one macro. There needs to be something that can be done about it. They do have their purposes but for the most part they are used as an annoyance and hard on the ears, esp when you are wearing earphones.

A quick toggle for <se.*> would be fantastic. /seoff /seon for instance

I agree. I don't mind players having macros like this but some have them for every stun and cooldown like asking for Berserk's debuff to be Esuna'd. Just either a quick way to blacklist a player in an instance or a command to disable chatline sound effects would be great.
