Um, cause it's cheating. Switching the dealer in an illegal activity doesn't fix the problem.

There is nothing illegal about it if SE becomes the vendor. The only thing that makes it against the rules is that it is outlined in the EULA as being so. If that is amended to allow SE to sell gil, then the problem is solved.
