I actually think the RMT problem will become worse.

There will be less supply from normal players since they won't have incentive to craft, however demand is still there.
FCs who sell primal runs will stop, however demand will still be there.

I expect RMT to fill that demand with selling them directly for USD to bypass the 1000 gil cap.
