Most FF series has Libra spell, Why not FFXIV

FFXI didn't either so stop right there.

Scholar has Libra ability that as said was a scan like usual but only for enmity levels. Scholar in XI that is, since yeah, Scholar in XI at least attempted to be the same Scholar of FF.

But yeah, this is a generic MMO with FF skin, don't expect the class/Job system to really be much of anything other than an illusion at this point.
